Detox Cream Cheese Cucumber Sandwich

Detox Cream Cheese Cucumber Sandwich

Equipment:

  • Small bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 english cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 loaf sliced bread, crusts removed
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 lime, cut in half
  • A handful of parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh dill

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, and parsley until combined. Season with salt and pepper and squeeze in some lime.
  2. Spread cream cheese mixture into first layer of bread slices.
  3. Put in thinly sliced cucumber and layer over half of the bread slices.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
