Smoothie Cleanse


  • Blender


  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 kiwis, peeled
  • 1/2 inch ginger, peeled
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 ice cubes


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve cool and enjoy!
