  • Mixing Bowl
  • Masher

Ingredients:

  • 1 small butternut squash
  • 1 ripe banana

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
  2. Cut the butternut squash in half and remove the stringy fibers and seeds
  3. Wrap the butternut squash in a foil, put in the oven and bake for 45 minutes
  4. Remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature
  5. Peel the skin from the squash
  6. Put the squash and banana in a bowl and mash until soft and mushy
  7. Voila, you’re done!
