Ingredients:

  • 2 cups salsa
  • 2 tbsps heavy cream
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • Avocado, diced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Combine salsa and chicken broth in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high for about 10 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a blender along with heavy cream and blend until smooth. Season with salt pepper.
  3. Top with avocado and fresh cilantro. Serve warm.
