How To Make Israeli Quinoa Salad

Preparation Times:

Israeli Quinoa Salad

Equipment:

  • Cooking pot
  • Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 40g cooked quinoa
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Handful of parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook the quinoa in a pot of 2 cups boiling water over medium heat. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes until all the water is absorbed. Set the quinoa aside to cool off.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, toss in all the dry ingredients, drizzle it with olive oil and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
